Deposits are required before we write you down in our book. And payment may be needed before we leave. Also, we deal only in cash and check at the dock. Deposits, as well as payment can be made with credit cards through PayPal. Cancellation with refund will be at our discretion, within two weeks of the trip.
Weather policy is “at the Captain discretion,” that being said, we don’t like dissatisfied customers, and we’re reasonable about the weather. Rescheduling is usually not a problem, and if we call it off, you get your deposit back. Mostly, when I ask the party if they’re sure they want to go, ‘cause the weather might be a little “sporty,” it’s “Hell Yea!” and I’m the one who gets beat up.
Mates expect a tip, usually 10-20%.
